I took my Daughter yesterday and I was not impressed this time it was a rush job. I was told it would be $15.00 and got charged $20.00 this has happened so many times at jula's We are taking our business else where at first I thought it looked really nice until we got home and I went through my daughters hair it was messy underneath tons of kinks. she didn't straighten my daughters hair properly at all. Disappointed I even gave a good tip.
Pros: It is a clean salon
Cons: They tell you one price on the phone, then you get charged another. Rushed job!!!

I went to Jula's about a week or two ago and I'm already going back today! The hair stylist I got was great! We had to put some extra tweeks in but it still turned out gorgeous! I didn't particuly like my hair because it was something new but I got EXACTLY what I asked her to do so I was still very impressed. When you alk into the salon you are greated very well and asked iff you would like a beverage, I think there were cookies as well... The staff there are all very upbeat, laugh, do eachothers hair, and you can tell they love doing what they do! I would defenatly reccomend going there. For prices; it all depends on who you get. The girl I was going to get was goin to charge me $95 for highlights but I got Lori instead and I think I only paid about $50. Pros: Clean, friendly, satisfaction Cons: I got started late but that's only because there was woman there getting ready for her wedding so I didn't mind the wait. Oh yeaeh and there was this girl next to me with a major attitude but that was just outta luck i guess LOL

I started going to Jula's after being very dissapointed by the results and service quality received at several other salons such as Veda/Broadmoor and Broadmoor Nails. Both Kim and Deb, nail and hair style specialist are well trained, experienced and above all willing to discuss and do what is good for you. They will give you several options to choose and will spent time working with you. You can also purchase Dermalogica products there and get some free samples as well. The bottom line: high quality service, friendly staff and good results for reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Upon arriving at jula salon i was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who offered me coffee water etc. I only waited in the waiting area for 5 mins before my stylist came to greet me. She talked about the latest cuts and colors and what was good for my face shape. My stylist also gave me free style lessons so i can work with my hair and not against it, I would highly recommend any of the friendly upbeat stylist at jula.
Pros: Great staff and a wide array of services offered
Cons: finding the exact location

I was recommended Jula Salon and Spa by my massage therapist who works at my chiroprator's office in the same shopping center. I walked in to make an appointment and was initially impressed by the friendliness of the staff. A cheerful woman told me that if I had time, I could get a haircut right away. I accepted. She offered me a bottle of water and a comfortable seat while she found a stylist. The stylist came out, sat me in her chair, and we discussed how I wanted my hair styled. We made pleasant small talk for a bit, and I quickly was turned off by her cocky attitude. (I won't share her name, but stay I'll call her "Hottie T" as her first name started with a T). She went on at length about how attractive men found her and how this helped her tips (My only tip to her was to get over herself!) After she finished talking about how gorgeous she was, and noticing I was no longer participating in the conversation, she began bantering across the room with the only other stylist in the salon. Apparently the upcoming Led Zeppelin concert was more important than keeping a pleasant atmosphere for clients. After the cut (which was satisfactory) I was instructed to sit at the front desk with the cashier lady. I sat and held up my debit card for the woman to take. She stared back at me blankly. I looked behind me to see if perhaps she was looking past me. When I turned back, she was still staring, and hadn't yet taken my card from me! It wasn't until my stylist came up and gave her the amount due that she took the card. I wasn't even thanked for my visit. Oh, and the cashier lady needs to shave--she has a patchy, dark beard. And some orthodontia couldn't hurt, either. Maybe Hottie T could give her some pointers.
Pros: Good cut
Cons: Annoying staff (but not all of them)
