Woooo man, I don't even know ware to start! This company needs to reevaluate there costumer service and there warranties, ect ect ect................! These people will only cause major stress! That's just putting it nicely.

Purchased a door from them. The service was very poor. As with the earlier review they did not follow thru on their promises. Still waiting for parts, not sure if we will ever get them. Now they won't answer the phone or return calls. Stay away from this business or prepare for a lot of pain.

I have never been so outraged by a company. We opted to go with a local small business owner to do the replacement windows of our home. The installation guys were great--but they were general contractors. The actual company and owner/office manager Erik and Elke have no sense of service. For example, we were told that we would have free replacement screens for the life of the windows. That was one of the reasons we went with the company. When we called not even 6 months later (b/c several screens had come loose) they told me they would charge us $45 to fix them. We have tried calling back to discuss this at least 4 times and have not had one return call to date. Another example--when we were trying to schedule the window installation, Elke or Erik never called to confirm anything...ever. *I* called them to confirm the installation the night before, only to be told that they contractors were backed up due to weather and they would not be coming for a few more days. Was glad I called so as not to have to take 2 days off from work. The windows themselves are fine, but working with Colorado Window and Door means you will deal with a company who fails to communicate on the most basic levels and who does not hold true to the sales "pitch" they claim.

Hello, Leif. Thank you so much for your company's great work on my house. I love my new windows! My house was 10 degrees warmer the first night. Your prices are incredibly good and your customer service is stellar. Mike and Chuck were very professional, friendly, fast and extremely neat. I was very impressed with the clean up. Pros: Best Vinyl Windows for the lowest price, believe me I shopped around.
