I think Rich Designs has a beautiful antique and fine art boutique, yet they should stay out of the floral business. Not all customers are treated equal here. I had gone in to get a small arrangement for my daughter's teacher for a thank you gift. I was greeted with a smirk when they found out I wanted to spend "only $50" . One of my good friends ordered party flowers only to find out that she was swept aside because of a funeral that was going on to generate more income. They had the party order for two weeks! I will never use the florist end of Rich Designs. Too much attitude for me. I had found another florist with far better customer service!
Pros: beautiful antiques and art
Cons: they need to stick with what they know....not flowers.

My wife and I recently attended a formal event at the Broadmoor Hotel. Rich Designs was the florist who did the arrangements. When we arrived, what we saw was astounding. Giant cascading fresh floral arrangements on pedastals and in large glass containers. Every guest was treated to eyefull of botanical beauty to be seen in every direction. Whoever is in charge knows what there doing. The flowers certainly made the night for us, great job.

Wow! When I waljed into Rich Designs I was blown away, not only from the incredible ambiance of the showroom. The helpful, friendly staff even gave me a floral education, as i was ordering a floral arrangement for my wife. I had never seen some of the exotic flowers they had there. I'm impressed and my wife loved the flowers, they were on our coffee table for a week. Thanks to everyone at Rich Designs!

They wanted me to spend $100.00 minimum to send flowers 6 miles away. They also said that I had to spend at least $5,000.00 for them to even consider doing wedding flowers. One arrangement that I had received was interesting, yet not practical. It was a vase with water with 4 tiny flowers sumberged and weighted down with marbles. That's it. It died the next day because the flowers were dying and the water turned cloudy. I hate to know what my friend spent...$100.00?
Pros: Great place if you want to throw your money away.
Cons: Let me count the ways..
