As we approached from the outside the first thought that went through my mind is that it would be like a Chi Chi's. The menu is limited and I knew right away that the safest thing to order would be a fajita dish. I ordered the chicken chipotle fajitas - I thought it was bland for a chipotle dish. The service deserves better than a 2 star - I'd give them a 4 star. The ice tea stayed refilled, they did what they could (waitstaff and kitchen) to appease my son's need for non-spicy cheese to dip his fries. My husband's "Smart Border" meal didn't look too appetizing - it actually looked quite boring - the dish only comes with a side of salsa for flavoring and in my opinion they could bring pico, lettuce, tomato without adding significant calories to the dish. I'll be searching for a place that's not a chain, not fast food, but good food fast - as is the trademark for the majority of Mexican eateries where I've previously dined.
Pros: Waitstaff - friendly; keeps drinks refilled; customer care is important

If you are looking for authentic, its not. Food was ok and service was ok too. Margaritas were excellent!!

We've eaten here several times and always found the food fresh and tasty. Great chips and great desserts too. Kids get special treatment and like it too. Really busy at lunch time.

I went there looking for good mexican and I did not find it. The steak burrito had a chilli sause that reminded me of chilli from a can. The steak taco had a cheese sause the should had been put over nachos. The enchilada was very dry despite the sause they smothered it with. Food was nasty. On the other hand the chips & salsa were great as well as the cheesecake. But who goes to a restraunt to chips and cheesecake. I ate 1 bite from everything and left . $20 for a nasty meal.
Pros: cheesecake, chips, salsa
Cons: food, food, food
