Dr. Smith is, hands down, the very best vet I have ever taken my pets to. He is very knowledgeable and careing. I have never met a vet so interested in providing quality service. He is very affordable too! He cares about animals getting the care they need and charges prices that make that possible. When I took my puppy to him, he charged me $25.00. That included the exam and the shot. Then, when my cat got caught in a trap by a mean person, Dr. Smith kept my cat for three nights, put him under anesthesia, spent over an hour cleaning out the wounds, wrapped him in bandages, and gave me two different kinds of antibiotics. The total charge, $174.00! And I have to take the cat back twice a week for a long time, thoes visits will be free. He even told me to call over the weekend if there were any problems and he would make sure to be avaiable. If I had to pay four times as much as I paid for these two visits, I still would have gotten off less expensive than some. I would pay more than usual for his quality care, the price is just an added bonus.
