My husband sent me over here for a muffin fan, but I ended up buying a modem, power supply and a hard drive as well. Great place.

Found all the parts I needed to fix up my home theatre. Also found casters and some bearings I needed. I'm hooked on this place.
Pros: One stop shopping for the tinkerer

Electronics, computers, communications, motors and other great surplus buys. Need heavy cable for a wind turbine or just telephone wire ? They have it ! All kinds of connectors, computer cables and much more. A truly fun place to get lost in. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and helpful :-) ................ Alan Raycraft
Pros: They also buy used electronics or give trade credit. Thumbs up.
Cons: None

OEM has the Largeset Selection of Used Electronic Parts I Have Ever seen. It is Truely a Technical Engineers Dream. The Staff is Very Knowledgable and Friendly and the Prices are Very Reasonable. I Highly Recommend this Store to Anyone Who Needs any type of Electronic Part, Especially those Hard to Find Vintage parts.

This place is amazing! It has anything and everything. I needed parts to build a water ionizer, they had them all. I needed parts to build a computer server tower, they had them. Looking for connectors, wire, computer shells, modems, diodes, switches? OEM has it. I can get lost in OEM for hours and go home with all sorts of things 'I need'! The service is friendly, helpful and give great advice. I seriously go to OEM first before Radio Shack or any other parts store. Try OEM first, if they do not have it, you probably did not need it!

My wife and I used to call this the "Geezer Store" -- though that might be a little unfair, it seems appropriate for a place where you can buy used vacuum tubes. Mainly only geezers (such as myself) would be interested in such items. But: if you're looking for oddball electronic parts, tools, or just stuff, you can't beat OEM. Also tons of exotic hardware / industrial surplus. Try buying a 20,000 volt silicon diode for an OEM price elsewhere: can't be done!!! Try buying a 10 farad capacitor! See what I mean? Unfortunately, I no longer live in Colorado. But OEM will probably make it necessary for me to travel to the Springs, even if I had no other reasons. The only danger is, they go out of business. Anybody for a franchise?
