Since I wasn't personally experiencing any back pain, I didn't think a chiropractor would make a difference in my life...boy was i wrong! After learning more about chiropractic, I was re-taught what I learned way back in elementary school about how important the central nervous system is to the rest of the body. I learned the basic elements that need to be incorporated into my life so it's long and healthy and hopefully I never experience the pain I've seen others go through.

dr kristen kells and her staff provide great chiropractic care. if you've never experienced chiropractic care, you should really take the time to find out what it's all about. it's not just for those w/ back pain but for anyone looking to improve their life. chiropractors are all about health and most write articles that are available to their patients for the latest news on health, medicine, etc. check it out!
