This community is composed of 4 actual living building with a total o 96 units. These buildings were built in 1979 & most have been updated to help keep up property values. The 4 buildings surround a central clubhouse, Pool Laundy room & sauna facilities. The clubhouse is open & available for rent for a small rental fee of (Approx) $225 with $200 being returned once the facility is returned to its original pre-rental condition( Clean & organized). This makes for a great location for all kinds of birthday parties, receptions ect. The added gazeebo & firepit also provide for a picknicking area located within visual distance of the pool. The grounds are well kept as are the buildings. New decks, outside paint & stain, windows, sliding doors, roofs, parking lots, flowers & newly renovated sauna facilities are just a few things that have been compleated since I purchased my unit. The complex is generally quiet with very few problem tenants. Over all, I would certanily recommend this location as a great 1st home purchase, as in my case, or as a great home for small families.
Pros: Pool Laundy facilities on site, saunas, clubhouse, & Great neighbors
Cons: Assigned but uncovered/unprotected parking
