I've been going to Cold Stone Creamery's since the first one opened in Colorado (well over 7 years ago)... the franchise is growing quickly so most people are familiar with the concept/what they do there. I must say that this location (next to the movie theater on Powers) is by far my favorite location to go to-- even though there is almost always a line, it's worth the wait! The kids who work there are always friendly and helpful, they seem to really love their jobs and have a great time with each other. It's so refreshing to see customer service employees actually having fun-- you can't help but leave happy!! They don't do much of the cheesy singing at this one (THANK GOODNESS!) so you can tip the kids without the embarrassment of a silly song. Of course, if you want them to sing they are more than happy to.
Pros: Great friendly service, fun place to be
Cons: Usually a line, but it's worth the wait!

This place is great! The ice cream is so wonderful. They have a great variety (when you consider all the mix-ins)...I've never had the same thing twice! The customer service is great as well. Because of the fact that it's located in a busy area, they tend to have a long line of customers, but they are very quick. The only con I would say is the amount of seating space. It's hard to find an available table to sit at and enjoy your dessert. They only have 3 tables inside and about 2 or 3 outside.
Pros: Delicious treats, great customer service
Cons: Limited seating space
