The customer service is amazing. These people can find anything and if they don't have it, they'll order it in! It usually only takes about a week! They have an amazing selection of books, magazines, movies, and music! The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The Starbucks, of course, is a bonus!! I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone!
