2BR start at $ 499 with lease agreement . This includes the discount for signing a year lease. There are other options ie, month to month and additional choices for the renter. The units are nice in size, with plenty of storage and cabinets. There are walk in closets off the kitchen and one bedroom. The Management are very helpful and friendly as well as the friendly tenants. There are dishwashers in each unit as well as a fridge and stove. Bedrooms are nice size with 1 full bath. Beautiful views of the city and mountains are a big plus ! The community pool is great on those hot summer days. Parking is not assigned and there is plenty of parking for everyone. Utilities are also affordable and we are close to UCCS, Garden of the Gods and Hwy 25. Not a bad choice for students and folks needing a safe and affordable place !
