I have a different experience from the one that Ms. Hawpe must have written herself. I have tried on several occassions to get an appointment scheduled with Ms. Hawpe or one of her associates. Many times I have gotten as far as the appoinment being made only to be called the day of my appointment (this has happened 3 times) and asked to reschedule because Ms. Hawpe had "a family emergency". Seems to me that this office needs to counsel themselves on patient services first. Also check your billing, I have been billed for appointments that I had to reschedule and when I did get in to see Ms. Hawpe on those reschedules, I only spent 10-20 minutes with her and was billed full 1 hour sessions. I have spoke with several other patients in the office and the feelings have been mutual. Find another therapist.

Beverly Hawpe is one sharp woman. Any issues with substance abuse, she's the expert you want involved.
