I recently ordered a large, airy and unusual arrangement to be sent to a Grand Opening VIP Party and was extremely disappointed with what I received. It was 80% greens along with rose "hips" and 2-3 lillies. I even provided the large container so the bulk of the $110 could be used towards flowers and included a $10 delivery. After speaking to one of the co-owners Twice, there was no mention of trying to correct the problem. I will never order from Gentry's again and will make sure my friends in the community know about this horrible experience. I have lived in the Springs for 30 yrs. Very poor customer service!
Cons: not a good value and no customer service.

This is a great flower shop! They have this thing called "Flower Happy Hour" where you can go in at the end of the day and purchase flowers at half price. They have gotten me out of many jams! Their flowers last longer than any of the other shops I've been to. The customer service is really personalized. I can either pick out the flowers myself, or they will combine flowers for me. My wife loves everything I get.
